Student Enrolment Associate

Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, missed calls, and general enquiries promptly and professionally, within agreed response-time standards.

Manage the university's main enquiry channels using approved sales talk-tracks and templates.

Invite prospective students to open days, campus visits, webinars, and faculty sessions; confirm attendance and conduct post-event follow-up.

Capture event leads and convert interest into campus visits, consultations, or applications.

Support accepted and paid students through to registration via payment reminders, missing-document follow-up, and student-account guidance.

Provide support across schools during peak periods, urgent cases, events, and staff absences.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records, including notes, pipeline stages, next actions, follow-up dates, and assigned tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, call centre, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in education.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and follow-ups accurately.

A results-driven, target-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to helping students make informed decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office and confidence in learning new systems.

Experience using a CRM or student pipeline management system.

Familiarity with UAE higher education admissions processes and requirements.

Experience supporting recruitment events, open days, or webinars.
