Role overview

A sales-oriented, front-line role in the Student Recruitment Department, supporting prospective students and their families throughout the student journey.

The associate manages enquiry channels, qualifies and nurtures leads, and guides prospects toward campus visits, consultations, applications, and registration.

Success depends on prompt professional responses, structured follow-up, accurate CRM records, and effective handovers to school-based enrolment advisors.

Enquiries and lead progression

  • Respond promptly and professionally to calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, missed calls, and general enquiries using approved sales talk-tracks and templates.
  • Qualify prospects by intent, urgency, decision-maker involvement, and readiness; nurture leads, guide document preparation, follow up, and support paid applications.
  • Engage leads for the School of Communication & Creative Industries and support leads and applicants for the School of Management.

Events, registration, and CRM

  • Invite prospective students to open days, campus visits, webinars, and faculty sessions; confirm attendance, capture leads, and follow up after events.
  • Convert event interest into visits, consultations, or applications and support accepted and paid students through registration with payment and document follow-up.
  • Provide cross-school support during peak periods, urgent cases, events, and staff absences; keep CRM notes, pipeline stages, next actions, dates, and tasks current.

Essential qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of sales, customer service, call centre, admissions, or similar customer-facing experience; education experience is ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, strong organisation, target orientation, and ability to manage high enquiry volumes accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confidence learning new systems; Arabic is an advantage.

Desirable experience

  • CRM or student pipeline management experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with UAE higher education admissions and experience supporting recruitment events, open days, or webinars are desirable.

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary, health and life insurance, and generous annual leave.
  • Onboarding and systems training, development pathways, and a multicultural university community.
