Role overview
Seeking an experienced Structural Engineer specializing in steel structures and related components.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyse steel structures and structural components.
- Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
- Review structural and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with drafting, fabrication, and other technical teams.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Provide technical solutions to structural design-related issues.
- Review material specifications and structural details.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in steel structural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of steel design and structural analysis.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar software.
- Good knowledge of relevant structural codes and standards.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
