The employer is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Handle project valuations, payment applications, and certifications.
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and commercial documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
- Strong knowledge of MEP works, BOQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
- Experience with variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
