Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Networking, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network cabling.
- Experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, internet, and software issues.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic experience in server maintenance and network administration.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with biometric attendance machines and attendance systems.
- Ability to support multiple office and construction site locations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Currently based in the UAE and willing to travel between company locations as required.

- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintain IT systems at the head office and construction site offices.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, internet, software, and Windows issues.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
- Perform basic server maintenance and network administration.
- Troubleshoot and support CCTV, IP cameras, biometric attendance machines, and attendance systems.
- Provide IT support across multiple office and construction site locations.
