Key responsibilities
- Support strategy formulation, refresh, and cascading of strategy and operational priorities.
- Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and research; develop strategy materials, decision papers, and executive presentations.
- Lead assigned transformation initiatives from definition through implementation and build roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and ownership arrangements.
- Coordinate business leads, process owners, and delivery partners; resolve delivery risks and dependencies.
- Deliver strategic studies and priority deep dives with evidence-based recommendations; prepare leadership briefings and decision packs.
- Maintain initiative progress, risks, and issues to PMO standards.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in enterprise strategy, transformation delivery, strategic planning, public-sector advisory, or management consulting.
- Experience supporting strategy formulation and creating implementation initiatives and roadmaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and coordinating senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive-writing skills; experience preparing leadership decision materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- English fluency is required; Arabic is strongly preferred.
Preferred experience
- Government or semi-government, real estate, or another regulated-sector experience is preferred.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
Location
- Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Compensation
- AED 45,000 per month.
