The role aims to provide leadership and government with a consistent, reliable view of performance.
Performance management and reporting
- Maintain KPI library and cards covering definitions, formulas, data sources, owners, and frequency.
- Run annual target-setting, challenging proposals against strategy and past performance; control KPI and target changes through an approved process.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate business-unit KPI data for quarterly reporting.
- Produce quarterly scorecards and concise commentary on results, drivers, and implications.
- Track actions to closure and escalate delays or recurring gaps.
- Maintain government reporting-obligation registers and calendars, and prepare performance submissions.
- Define and measure benefit metrics, baselines, and targets for strategic initiatives.
Experience and education
- 6–9+ years in performance management, strategy execution, business intelligence, PMO, or management consulting.
- Hands-on KPI framework design, target-setting, quarterly reporting, and cross-functional data consolidation experience.
- Experience preparing government or regulatory performance reports and producing scorecards, executive reports, and management presentations.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, variances, and drivers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, management, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications and languages
- Government or semi-government, real estate, or other regulated-sector experience is preferred; Abu Dhabi or GCC government performance-framework experience is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Package: AED 35,000 per month.
