Work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity, owning its process framework and continuous-improvement cycle.
Set standards for process documentation and improvement and lead readiness for government excellence assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the levels 1–3 process map and register of process owners.
- Set and maintain SOP and process-documentation standards, templates, and mapping methods.
- Quality-check processes and SOPs and maintain a version-controlled repository.
- Maintain the improvement backlog and diagnose process root causes of performance gaps.
- Facilitate reviews with process owners using lean and continuous-improvement methods.
- Simplify processes before digitalization and route improvements needing digital support.
- Identify processes affected by strategic initiatives, review target designs, and monitor adoption after go-live.
- Lead excellence-assessment readiness, including self-assessments, evidence, submissions, and improvement plans.
Experience and qualifications
- 4–7+ years in process excellence, continuous improvement, quality management, business transformation, or management consulting.
- Hands-on experience setting process and SOP standards and running process reviews with business owners.
- Experience preparing for government excellence or quality assessments.
- Familiarity with lean, continuous-improvement methods, and automation-readiness assessment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, quality management, or a related field is required.
Preferred experience and credentials
- Government or semi-government, real estate, or other regulated-sector experience is preferred; UAE government excellence programme experience is an advantage.
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or excellence-assessor certification is an advantage.
- English fluency is required; Arabic is strongly preferred.
Package
- The stated package is AED 35,000 per month.
