- 7–9 years of experience in audit or consulting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience managing engagements, client relationships, and teams.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, or CA is preferred.
- Experience in ERM, PCM, or ICFR is an advantage.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.
