What You'll Do

• Architect and execute comprehensive strategies to scale our overall merchant account portfolio, leading a hybrid, cross-functional strategy and operations team.
• Partner closely with Business Analysis teams to monitor key business goals and metrics, translating complex data insights into clear, high-impact actions and strategic pivots.
• Own end-to-end collaboration with User Growth and Marketing teams, aligning on major campaigns, resource allocation, and merchant growth initiatives.
• Drive optimization of core commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and scalable frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities that build merchant-centric capabilities and streamline onboarding experiences.
• Oversee sales data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making and execution.
• Develop training programs, operational frameworks, and best practices to elevate team capabilities and performance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and business performance.

What We Need From You

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, business excellence, or commercial leadership roles, preferably within e-commerce, quick commerce, food delivery, or technology companies.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a proven track record of translating complex data into business actions and growth strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, and operational reporting frameworks.
• Experience leveraging data, automation, or AI-powered tools to improve business performance is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
