岗位职责:
1. 负责中东地区全品类综合采购工作，涵盖物资采购、服务采购、设备采购等，建立并持续优化本地供应商资源库，确保供应商多元化与竞争性报价机制。
2. 负责中东地区及跨区域国际物流全链路管理，包括进出口运输、海关清关、仓储调配、货物追踪等，确保物流时效与合规性。
3. 主导采购需求分析与方案制定，推动招标、比价、谈判、合同签订及执行全流程，保障成本优化与交付质量。
4. 建立供应商绩效评估体系，定期评估供应商交付能力、质量稳定性及合规性，优化淘汰机制，持续提升供应链韧性。
5. 协调内部财务、法务、合规及业务团队，推进采购付款、进出口报关、跨境资金结算等环节的顺畅衔接，确保合规落地。 6. 跟踪并研究中东地区采购市场动态、物流法规及关税政策变化，及时调整采购与物流策略，规避风险。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、国际贸易、物流管理或相关专业优先；5年以上综合采购及国际物流相关工作经验。
2. 具备完整的采购全流程操作经验，熟悉招标流程、合同谈判及供应商管理体系。
3. 具备国际物流及进出口清关实操经验，熟悉海关法规、贸易术语及相关单证处理流程。
4. 具备较强的商务谈判能力和跨部门协调能力，能在复杂多方环境中高效推进工作。
5. 英语流利，能独立开展商务沟通与合同谈判；阿拉伯语或印度语有一定基础者优先。
6. 具备较强的数据分析与问题解决能力，能有效识别采购及物流环节的风险点并提出解决方案。
具备以下优先:
1. 有中东地区（迪拜、沙特等）采购或物流从业经验，熟悉当地商业惯例与法规流程。
2. 有科技公司、初创企业或高速成长型团队的采购工作经验，适应快节奏、高不确定性的工作环境。
