Delivery Analytics Manager

Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support logistics operations — providing real-time visibility across delivery performance, courier efficiency, and supply-demand balance

2. .Lead deep-dive analytics on key delivery metrics including ATA (Arrival Time Accuracy), order fulfilment rates, and last-mile efficiency — translating insights into actionable recommendations for operations teams

3. .Develop quantitative models for capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and demand forecasting to support sustainable growth in the UAE market

4. .Own data storytelling for weekly and monthly business reviews — ensuring KPI visibility and driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

5. .Partner with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to define metrics frameworks, evaluate new initiatives, and embed a data-driven decision-making culture

6. .Lead and develop a team of 4–5 data analysts — setting direction, building capability, and fostering a high-performance analytics culture

This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of data science and last-mile delivery operations — with direct impact on how Keeta serves millions of users across the UAE.

You'll be reporting into the Head of Logistics and building the data foundation that powers one of the fastest-growing food delivery platforms in the Middle East.
