About the Role

Keeta is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Marketing & Campaign Operations Manager to become the growth engine for our key accounts.

In this role, you will design and execute data-driven marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and unlock growth opportunities through deep user, merchant, and category insights.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and User Growth teams to transform insights into action and drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns, from mega-brand events to targeted growth initiatives, that set the market standard.
  • Design, test, and refine end-to-end growth funnels to maximize GMV and acquire valuable users.
  • Dive into user behavior and merchant data to craft personalized, high-converting marketing solutions.
  • Own campaign performance analysis (conversion, ROI) and lead a cycle of continuous, insight-driven optimization.
  • Partner seamlessly with Sales, Product, Operations, and User Growth teams to ensure flawless execution and outstanding commercial results.
  • Take charge of the entire campaign lifecycle from strategic planning and resource orchestration to execution and in-depth post-mortem analysis.
  • Create and standardize playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to amplify marketing impact across all categories.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and business performance.

What We Need From You

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or growth, preferably within e-commerce, quick commerce, or food delivery.
  • A proven data-driven mindset: you don't just report numbers, you translate them into decisive actions and strategies.
  • A track record of managing full-cycle marketing campaigns with clear, measurable impact on business goals.
  • Deep understanding of what makes users and merchants tick, and how category dynamics influence success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills because you're a bridge-builder and a persuasive storyteller.
  • Comfort with data dashboards; SQL skills are a valuable plus that will help you dig deeper.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation solutions, or advanced analytics to improve marketing performance is highly preferred.
