**Center Bici Qatar** is seeking a visionary **Strategic Planning Manager** to drive our corporate roadmap and operational excellence.
Located in the vibrant and high-traffic **Doha Festival City Area**, this role is central to our expansion and market positioning within Qatar’s competitive retail and lifestyle sector.
You will be responsible for translating high-level corporate goals into actionable department-level strategies.
The ideal candidate is a master of market analysis and organizational design, capable of identifying growth opportunities while optimizing current business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy Development:** Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational capabilities.
- **Market Intelligence:** Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends and competitor movements within the Doha Festival City ecosystem and the broader Qatari market.
- **Operational Alignment:** Work closely with department heads to develop KPIs that track the success of strategic initiatives.
- **Financial Analysis:** Monitor business performance against strategic goals, managing a management value structure of **QAR 35,000/month** in high-impact resource allocation.
- **Growth Initiatives:** Evaluate and spearhead new business ventures, partnerships, and expansion projects.
- **Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive quarterly reviews and strategic outlooks for the executive leadership team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- **Experience:** 8–10 years of experience in strategic planning or corporate development, preferably within the retail, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
- **Analytical Skills:** Expert proficiency in financial modeling and strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces).
- **Communication:** Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
- **Location:** Based in the **Doha Festival City Area**, Doha.
