- تبحث المؤسسة عن مدير التخطيط الاستراتيجي لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية طويلة المدى. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية، تحديد الأولويات المؤسسية، ودعم الإدارة العليا في اتخاذ القرارات التي تحقق النمو المستدام وتحسين الأداء العام.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ومراجعة الخطة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة.
- تحليل البيانات السوقية والاقتصادية لتحديد الفرص والتحديات.
- وضع الأهداف الاستراتيجية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- متابعة تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية عبر الإدارات المختلفة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول الأداء الاستراتيجي.
- دعم عمليات إعادة الهيكلة والتحول المؤسسي.
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى للمشاريع والمبادرات الجديدة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات لضمان مواءمة الخطط التشغيلية مع الاستراتيجية.
- تحليل المنافسين واتجاهات السوق.
- المساهمة في إدارة المخاطر الاستراتيجية.
- قيادة ورش العمل والاجتماعات الاستراتيجية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو المالية أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 12 سنة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي أو الاستشارات الإدارية.
- خبرة قوية في تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرار.
- مهارات عالية في التفكير التحليلي والاستراتيجي.
- القدرة على إعداد العروض والتقارير التنفيذية.
- خبرة في العمل مع الإدارة العليا وصناع القرار.
- إجادة أدوات التحليل وPower BI أو Excel المتقدم ميزة إضافية.
