Strategic Planning Manager
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير ومتابعة الخطة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة بما يتماشى مع رؤية وأهداف الشركة.
- إجراء التحليلات الاستراتيجية ودراسات السوق والمنافسين.
- إعداد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) ومتابعة تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- دعم الإدارة العليا في اتخاذ القرارات من خلال التحليل وإعداد التقارير التنفيذية.
- قيادة عمليات التخطيط السنوي وإدارة الأداء المؤسسي.
- متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع والمبادرات الاستراتيجية وضمان تحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
- تطبيق أدوات ومنهجيات التخطيط الاستراتيجي مثل:
- SWOT Analysis
- Balanced Scorecard
- OKRs
• Business Performance Frameworks
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان مواءمة الأهداف التشغيلية مع الاستراتيجية العامة.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير الدورية لمجلس الإدارة والإدارة التنفيذية.
- دعم برامج التحول المؤسسي وإدارة التغيير.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو الاقتصاد أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير (MBA) أو شهادات مهنية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي أو تطوير الأعمال أو الأداء المؤسسي.
- خبرة في القطاعات الكبرى مثل النفط والغاز أو الطاقة أو القطاع الحكومي أو الشركات متعددة الجنسيات.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل الاستراتيجي وإعداد التقارير التنفيذية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
