Quality & Strategic Planning, and Excellence (Qatar)
📍 Doha, Qatar
We are expanding our consulting team and looking for an experienced Management Consultant
with strong expertise in quality and planning activities, including organizational excellence and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and operational plans
- Support organizational excellence initiatives (EFQM, Qatar Government Excellence, etc.)
- Conduct gap assessments and organizational maturity assessments
- Develop KPIs and performance management frameworks
- Design policies, procedures, and governance models
- Support ISO management systems implementation
- Facilitate workshops with senior management
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years of relevant experience
- in consulting, quality, or planning
- Strong experience in
- organizational excellence and strategic planning
- **Experience in performance management and KPI development**
- **Excellent communication and report writing skills**
- **Experience in Qatar Government Excellence Program is highly preferred**
- **Experience working with government entities is a strong advantage**
• EFQM Assessor And EFQM Certified
- ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
• Innovation Management Certification
- Strategy or Performance Management Certifications
