Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• **Corporate Strategy:** Develop and execute the three-to-five-year strategic plan for Top Team Machines, focusing on market expansion and operational efficiency.
• **Industrial Market Analysis:** Monitor trends in the heavy machinery and industrial sectors within Qatar and the broader GCC to identify new revenue streams.
• **Operational Alignment:** Bridge the gap between our engineering, sales, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution of corporate objectives.
• **Performance Management:** Establish and track KPIs across the organization, managing an executive value structure of **QAR 35,000/month** in strategic resource deployment.
• **Supply Chain Optimization:** Work with the procurement and logistics heads to streamline the movement of machinery and parts, reducing lead times and overhead.
• **Risk Assessment:** Conduct thorough SWOT and PESTEL analyses to mitigate risks associated with industrial fluctuations and regulatory changes in Qatar.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. An MBA is highly desirable.
• **Experience:** 8–12 years of experience in strategic planning or business development, specifically within the **industrial, construction, or heavy machinery sectors**.
• **Analytical Skills:** Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic frameworks.
• **Communication:** Exceptional command of English; the ability to present complex strategies to the Board of Directors with clarity and conviction.
• **Location:** Must be able to work on-site at **Industrial Area St 15, Doha**.
