Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al-Kharj Riyadh for a Storekeeper in our Joinery Factory. The Storekeeper will oversee inventory management, ensure accurate record-keeping, and manage the efficient packing and unloading of goods. Responsibilities include receiving materials, organizing storage, maintaining inventory levels.
The Storekeeper will collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse operations.
What You Will Do:
Receive, store & issue materials for joinery & fit-out projects
Keep inventory accurate & up-to-date
Coordinate with procurement & project teams to ensure timely deliveries
Ensure proper storage, safety & handling of all materials
Support smooth workflow across the factory & project sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a joinery preferred
- Familiarity with handling materials like wood panel MDF, Veneers fittings, etc.
- Inventory management (stock control, receiving, issuing materials)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to maintain stock records, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and delivery notes
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, arranging materials)
- Familiarity with safety standards in warehouses
- Communication skills (to coordinate with procurement, site teams, etc.)
