Join our team as Business Development Manager and take charge of expanding our reach in luxury joinery and bespoke fit-out solutions.
About the Role
You will directly drive the growth of our client base and strengthen relationships across the luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
This position involves driving Sales & building relationships with Consultants, Designers & Architects in the Region & expanding the company's presence in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in Retail, Hospitality, Commercial & Entertainment sectors.
2.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with our strategic goals.
3.
Lead the entire BD lifecycle—from market research and client outreach to relationship management and proposal/tender submissions.
4.
Work closely with estimation, design, and project teams to deliver competitive offers.
5.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
6.
Monitor KSA market trends and competitor activity to shape effective sales strategies.
7.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to leadership.
Requirements
1.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development within the KSA fit-out/interiors sector.
2.
Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in Saudi Arabia.
3.
Proven track record of winning high-value contracts and growing market share.
4.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
6.
Based in KSA or able to roster from UAE
7.
Ability to provide at least 3 reference
