About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain document control systems for all project-related documentation
Ensure proper version control, filing, and retrieval of documents
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for document submissions and approvals
Track and monitor incoming and outgoing documents, including drawings and technical submittals
Maintain logs (drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals) and ensure timely updates
Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
Support project teams during audits and handover documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
2-3 years of experience in document control within construction or fit-out projects
Proficiency in document management systems preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
