We are seeking an Quality Controller – Joinery to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all joinery products and installations meet the highest quality standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Conduct quality inspections throughout the joinery manufacturing process.

Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products.

Verify dimensions, finishes, workmanship, and assembly quality against approved drawings and specifications.

Conduct site inspections of installed joinery works.

Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with Production, Design, and Project teams to resolve quality-related concerns.

Monitor compliance with company quality standards and project requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.

Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within a joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out environment.

Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, and installation standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
