Full-time, permanent Joinery Storekeeper role supporting daily production, site installation, and project requirements.
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and recording joinery materials, tools, hardware, and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Inspect deliveries against orders and documents, report discrepancies, and maintain inventory records.
- Issue materials to workshop and installation teams; monitor stock and coordinate replenishment.
- Label, organize, and safely store materials; document receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments.
- Conduct stock counts and reconcile records; coordinate with purchasing, production, project, and site teams.
- Track issued tools and equipment, process returned materials, maintain housekeeping and safety, and report stock status and issues.
Qualifications and requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse or inventory training is advantageous.
- At least 2–3 years of storekeeper experience, preferably in joinery, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out.
- Knowledge of joinery materials, wood types, boards, laminates, hardware, and accessories.
- Inventory-control, material-handling, and warehouse-documentation experience; basic Excel and inventory-software skills.
- Ability to read purchase orders, delivery notes, and material requisitions.
- Good organization, communication, and recordkeeping; able to work under pressure and coordinate across departments.
- Knowledge of safe material storage and handling procedures.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
