The Campboss manages the overall operation of a staff accommodation camp.
The role ensures safe, clean, and comfortable living conditions and properly managed catering, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and welfare services.
Camp operations
- Manage daily camp operations and supervise cleaners, kitchen staff, maintenance workers, and security personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards; inspect rooms, kitchens, dining areas, common areas, and other facilities.
- Coordinate catering, food quality and hygiene, and timely meal service.
- Monitor occupancy, room allocation, and camp facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, supplies, maintenance, and camp activities.
- Manage supplies, inventory, and purchasing requirements.
Safety, services, and coordination
- Comply with company policies, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Handle accommodation-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with HR, administration, HSE, security, and project management teams.
- Organize waste management, pest control, water supply, and sanitation services.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain emergency procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly camp reports for management.
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in the UAE.
- Construction or contracting experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 3,500 per month.
