Store operations
- Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders; inspect items and report damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Issue materials and consumables to site teams against approved requisitions and maintain stock and transaction records.
- Monitor stock, coordinate replenishment, conduct physical counts, and reconcile inventory records.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, preservation, returns, and records of damaged, obsolete, or surplus stock.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and accounts teams; track tool and equipment issues and returns.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and company procedures and prepare inventory reports.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or relevant qualification; a diploma in logistics, supply chain, or stores management is advantageous.
- 3–5 years of storekeeping experience in construction and practical experience managing construction site stores.
- Experience handling building materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Knowledge of inventory control, reconciliation, GRNs, material requisitions, and delivery documentation.
- Basic MS Excel and inventory management or ERP system knowledge; organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
