Company and role context

Inventory and quality responsibilities

• Maintain finished-product inventory records and register products received from production.
• Support receipt and initial quality inspection of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Conduct stock counts and participate in inventory audits.
• Check products for freshness, appearance, and standards before packing and shipping.

Packing, storage, and dispatch

• Assemble and pack customer orders accurately to quality and presentation standards; label and prepare packages for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with quality control so outgoing orders meet internal standards.
• Handle perishable goods according to hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Keep storage, packing, and dispatch areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Assist production with packing, inventory management, and quality assurance tasks as needed.

Qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous packing, storekeeping, inventory management, or food production experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail, organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to move inventory.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
• Computer use and ability to work with inventory and tracking systems are mandatory.

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break; schedule can be modified.
• Paid overtime is offered.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 2,500 per month, plus accommodation and transportation.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.

Benefits

• Paid vacation is offered; the probation period is six months.
