The Sales Coordinator supports sales and customer operations in a fast-paced environment, serving hotel and restaurant clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications by phone and email; process orders.
- Oversee order preparation, assembly, and delivery; manage customer feedback.
- Collect and update client information in Bitrix24 and use the CRM to manage business processes and customer databases.
- Coordinate sales activities and help the sales department meet targets.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales or sales coordination.
- Proficiency in GSheets, Excel, and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication and a systematic approach to tasks.
Workplace

Schedule
- Flexible working hours, with availability to process orders after 18:00 and on weekends.
Compensation
- AED 4,500 per month.
