About Greeneration
Greeneration is a Dubai indoor farm supplying greenery and edible flowers to hotels and restaurants in the UAE.
The company operates a vertical hydroponic farm in Dubai and plans to expand across the GCC.
Driver and route management
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily delivery routes for efficiency and timely deliveries.
- Supervise drivers across day and night shifts and act as a substitute driver when needed.
- Conduct driver briefings, monitor GPS and route performance, and track KPIs including on-time delivery, client feedback, and route efficiency.
- Ensure drivers follow traffic regulations, hygiene standards, and company protocols.
Fleet and transport coordination
- Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, cleanliness, and roadworthiness.
- Liaise with rental providers and coordinate repairs, renewals, and emergency support.
- Manage staff shuttle and bus contracts and schedules, and coordinate with external providers.
Administration and team leadership
- Maintain driver logs, timesheets, route reports, fuel usage, and vehicle documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll attendance, overtime, and shifts.
- Keep insurance, registration, and licensing current and ensure safety and transport compliance.
- Create daily routine instructions and manuals; lead meetings, coach drivers, address performance, and support hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications and skills
- At least 2 years in fleet supervision, logistics coordination, or driver team management.
- Valid light-vehicle driver's license; bus license is a plus.
- Strong route planning and fleet maintenance knowledge, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; tracking systems experience is an advantage.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and solve operational problems.
- Good command of English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
Working conditions
- The role is based in the office with occasional field driving duties.
- Requires flexibility for early morning or late-night communication with night-shift drivers.
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, subject to modification.
Compensation and provisions
- Monthly salary is AED 5,000 plus a monthly bonus after the probation period.
- The company provides a car, SIM, medical insurance, and laptop.
Optional additions
Participation in transport-department budgeting and cost control is optional.
Collaboration with production and logistics teams on dispatch planning is optional.
