Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Boutique
About This Role
elita Fashion is looking for a talented, ambitious, and business-minded Store Manager for our women’s fashion boutique, who can take ownership of the store, drive sales, and play a key role in growing the brand in Qatar, with an attractive salary package including basic salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
Job Description
elita is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to manage our women’s fashion store in Qatar.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, sales-driven, fashion-conscious, and able to take responsibility for the daily success of the store. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the shop, sell directly to customers, help select new stock, support promotions and marketing, and work to grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store
- Sell directly to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Increase sales and help achieve monthly targets
- Monitor stock levels and identify best-selling and slow-moving items
- Assist in selecting and purchasing new stock based on customer demand
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising
- Support promotions, offers, social media content, and customer outreach
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Handle cash, sales records, and daily reporting
- Keep the store clean, organised, and professionally presented
Requirements
- Previous experience in women’s fashion retail, boutique sales, or store management
- Strong selling skills and confidence in dealing with customers
- Good knowledge of fashion trends, sizes, styles, and customer preferences
- Experience in stock control and inventory management
- Ability to support marketing, promotions, and social media activity
- Honest, reliable, organised, and business-minded
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC retail market is preferred
