Retail Store Manager

Salary: QAR 15,000 per month
Job Overview:
Il Telefono Lecce is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales performance. This role is responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving business targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and staff management
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance
- Monitor store KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent sales, customer service, and communication abilities
- Experience in inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
