The company has four UAE stores and emphasizes simple, sophisticated designs, quality materials, and customer relationships.
The role
Oversees the operations and teams of a UAE store while remaining directly involved with customers.
Leads customer relationships and recommends products that fit customer needs.
Store operations and sales
- Run daily store operations, including opening and closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales results; drive conversion, ATV, and UPT.
- Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate handling; control stock movement, counts, and documentation.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and presentation; apply loss prevention practices.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
Customer experience and team management
- Lead customer experience on the floor, handle VIP clients and complex situations, and follow up on customer feedback.
- Manage scheduling and task allocation, set team priorities, conduct performance check-ins, and address performance issues.
- Foster a positive, high-energy working environment.
Training and onboarding
- Ensure new joiners complete onboarding and understand store procedures.
- Support product updates and selling guidelines, reinforce service standards and basic sales techniques, and identify training needs for the Retail Manager.
Candidate requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience managing UAE retail stores in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field is ideal.
- Relevant accredited certification in sales, management, or project management is ideal.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic.
