Role
The Customer Service Agent/Representative is the customer-facing representative who resolves queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Receive complaints by phone or in writing, resolve them where possible, and escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant department or management.
- Answer customer questions, follow up on shipments, and provide customers with updates.
- Call customers who abandoned carts, ask why they did not complete their purchase, and encourage them to buy.
- Contact customers who started but did not complete a purchase, identify possible reasons, and finalize the purchase.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation; 2 or more years is ideal.
- Startup or eCommerce experience is ideal.
- Experience with social media, WhatsApp, Monday.com, and other relevant communication and customer ticketing tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Khaleeji Arabic and English.
- A bachelor’s degree is ideal.
