The role
The Social Media Executive supports social media strategy execution across platforms and helps maintain a consistent, on-brand, performance-driven digital presence.
The position is based at the company's headquarters in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Support social strategies and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn; schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media.
- Assist with campaigns aligned to product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
- Track engagement, reach, conversions, and other performance metrics; prepare basic reports and identify content optimization opportunities.
- Support email marketing through content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay current with digital trends.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of social media or content creation experience; experience with a UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle, fashion, luxury, retail, or F&B brand is ideal.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment; understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media software such as Hootsuite.
- Graphic design software experience, such as Adobe Suite, is ideal; a relevant bachelor's degree is ideal.
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills; Arabic communication skills are a significant advantage.
