Social Media Manager role handling the brand’s complete social media delivery and presence, from ideation and conceptualization through implementation.
The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Plan quarterly, bi-annual, and annual multichannel content calendars, strategy, and campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Implement, measure, and optimize social media campaigns; translate design concepts into appropriate content.
- Manage content calendars and asset libraries, hashtags, and timely sales opportunities.
- Write social media content and email blasts; plan, send, measure, and optimize email campaigns.
- Research competitors, markets, and industry trends to identify best practices and new channels.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of managerial digital marketing experience in a UAE-based eCommerce startup or UAE-based luxury goods, fashion, or watches company; 7 years is preferred.
- Understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and running ads.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media software such as Hootsuite.
- Graphic design software experience such as Adobe Suite is ideal; a relevant bachelor’s degree is ideal.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication; Arabic communication skills are a significant advantage.
