Role overview

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and key performance indicator goals.
• Manage policies, procedures, shrink and loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop, train, and manage the performance of retail employees.
• Model customer-focused selling and build customer connections and loyalty.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain an inviting store environment.
• Communicate with the District Manager and headquarters partners.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of specialty or apparel retail management experience and demonstrated team leadership.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; a college degree is a plus.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing duties and schedules.
• Fashion focus and awareness of current trends are expected.

• The role requires standing and walking during scheduled work.
• The role involves unpacking shipments, moving fixtures and packages up to 50 pounds, and reaching merchandise with ladders or other store equipment.
