Role overview

Responsibilities

• Help achieve company objectives and KPI goals with the management team.
• Model selling and customer-service behaviors that encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, consistent, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and use sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations when store management is absent.

Requirements

• Previous specialty or apparel retail management experience is preferred, with demonstrated team leadership and sales performance.
• Must multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing duties and schedules.
• Must be fashion-focused and stay current with trends.
• Must be able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts, move shipments and fixtures, and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to reach merchandise using ladders, step stools, and retrieval tools.

Schedule

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
