Role overview

Responsibilities

• Help the store achieve company objectives and key performance indicator goals.
• Perform daily store opening and closing operations.
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service that encourage customer connections and loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, consistent, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and use sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations when store management is away.

Qualifications and schedule

• Specialty or apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, is preferred.
• Team leadership ability and proven sales performance are preferred.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize customer experience, and adapt to changing circumstances and duties.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
