Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Engage consumers, deliver service standards, and contribute to store sales and KPIs.
• Represent the adidas brand and use product knowledge to address consumer needs.
• Guide consumers through digital and omnichannel tools in the store.
• Process deliveries, replenish merchandise, and maintain the full product offer on the sales floor.
• Complete transactions accurately, follow cash protection procedures, and generate add-on sales.
• Minimize loss and perform store operations safely and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Follow operational policies, suggest process improvements, collaborate with colleagues, and pursue learning and coaching.

Minimum qualifications

• Store Managers must have two years of experience as a store manager or supervisor.
• Retail leadership experience is listed for Store Managers.
• The seller qualifications call for fluent spoken and written Arabic, effective communication, and negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills are listed.
