Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, support sales KPIs, and deliver the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards.
• Use product and brand knowledge to address customer needs and guide them through digital and omnichannel store tools.
• Process deliveries, replenish merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Complete transactions accurately, follow cash protection procedures, create add-on sales, and help minimize loss.
• Perform store operations safely and efficiently, follow policies, and contribute ideas and learning with the team.

Minimum qualifications

• For Store Managers, two years of experience as a store manager or supervisor is required.
• Store Manager qualifications list English and leadership experience in retail stores.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills are required.
• The Arabic seller qualifications specify spoken and written Arabic fluency and allow a recent graduate with no experience or one year of sales experience, especially in sports fashion.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are listed.

Preferred experience

• The English qualifications prefer one to two months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
