Duties and responsibilities
- Receive and route hotel goods and deliveries; check quantities against purchase agreements and delivery notes and refuse damaged or incorrect items.
- Issue and receive stock under store procedures; ensure quantities match and requisitions receive required approvals and signatures.
- Monitor inventory and PAR levels, prepare requisitions, report low or slow-moving stock, and update inventory software.
- Store food, beverage, and operational supplies; maintain storage facilities in clean and hygienic condition.
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, invoices, requisitions, reports, and after-hours issues.
- Post invoices in the Material Management System (MMS); conduct physical audits and reconcile stock counts with system records.
- Investigate inventory differences and report them to Finance; assist Accounts Payable with cost discrepancies.
- Coordinate ordering and receiving with Purchasing; resolve vendor delivery problems and oversee returns.
- Follow health and safety procedures, particularly those relating to food and beverage items; perform other assigned duties.
Requirement
- A valid manual driving licence, No. 3, is asked about in the application.
Pay
- AED 2,550–3,000 per month.
