Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation and presentation in a professional kitchen.
- Perform basic tasks such as chopping, cleaning, slicing, pounding, mashing, boiling, steaming, julienning, stewing, sautéing, deep-frying, and baking.
- Follow and understand recipe instructions.
- Ensure all cooking equipment is in working order.
- Help set up and break down kitchen stations.
- Clean and restock kitchen equipment hygienically.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen safety and hygiene.
- Communicate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Adhere to kitchen policies.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
