Flora Hospitality is hiring a Gym Instructor for its hotel Health Club in Dubai.
The role supports hotel guests and members with exercise guidance, fitness programs, and a welcoming gym environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members and hotel guests with gym equipment and exercise techniques.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide workout guidance.
- Develop basic workout programs for individual fitness goals.
- Keep the gym and equipment clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Monitor members during workouts and provide motivation and support.
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow Health Club safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Relevant fitness or Gym Instructor certification is required.
- Previous Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer experience is preferred, particularly in a hotel or health club.
- Knowledge of fitness, strength training, cardio, and basic nutrition is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A customer-focused, energetic, and professional personality is required.
- CPR or First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- The advertised pay is AED 1,300 to AED 1,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person at the hotel Health Club in Dubai.
