Requirements and qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- One to two years of IT support experience; hospitality-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with network protocols, hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Pay
- AED 1,800–2,600 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to users, including non-technical staff.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving networks, hardware, and software.
