The employer seeks an experienced, responsible Store In-Charge with strong automotive spare parts knowledge to manage store and warehouse operations efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and warehouse operations; receive, inspect, and arrange incoming spare parts.
- Ensure parts are stored, identified, and located properly; maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Handle stock receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns; issue parts only against proper, approved documentation.
- Conduct stock checks and physical inventory counts; monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Branch Management; verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and specifications.
- Keep the store organized and clean; investigate stock discrepancies and report them to management.
- Supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff; handle parts properly to prevent damage or loss.
- Support stock planning and replenishment requirements.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of store or warehouse management experience, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and part numbers; European truck and trailer spare parts experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of stock control and inventory management; experience receiving, issuing, transferring, and managing spare parts.
- Good knowledge of ERP or store management systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills, with good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stock accurately and efficiently; UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
