Join the Sales Department to develop new customers, maintain customer relationships, sell truck and trailer spare parts, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Sales and customer responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities; maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell European truck and trailer spare parts, matching suitable products and solutions to customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounts to support order processing and delivery.
- Conduct customer and market visits to generate business; monitor competitors, market prices, and customer needs.
- Follow up pending quotations and orders, collect payments, and pursue outstanding balances.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets; maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution; follow company procedures and reporting requirements.
- Provide regular sales and market updates to management and perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience; automotive or heavy vehicle spare-parts experience is preferred.
- Experience in European truck and trailer spare parts is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of truck spare parts and their applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Good knowledge of English is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- Basic computer knowledge and ERP-system experience are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
