Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and verify material quantities and quality against purchase orders and specifications.
- Prepare delivery notes, in/out gate passes, GRNs and material receiving reports.
- Coordinate weekly procurement delivery reporting with the Stores In-charge.
- Maintain records for incoming and outgoing materials and quality work for production reference.
- Check stock variances through verification and monitor inventory and availability.
- Supervise labour moving materials to designated areas; monitor blending, packaging, dispatch and logistics activities.
- Post material receipts and GRNs in the company ERP system when required.
- Arrange and segregate materials according to designated locations, HS Code and municipality guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in the chemical industry.

- The role requires rotating shifts: 7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am.
