The Plant Coordinator / Plant Operator coordinates plant operations in the chemical industry and supports smooth, efficient operations.
The role calls for a technically qualified candidate with a mechanical engineering background.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day plant operations and monitor work progress.
- Support production activities and maintain smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address operational issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain plant operation records and related documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and company operational standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Previous chemical-industry experience is mandatory.
- Plant operations, production, or plant coordination experience is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, educational qualifications, and skills; the posting lists AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
