COOP internship in HPE’s Storage & Data Solutions Sales Organization.
Work alongside sales, presales, and technical solution architects to position enterprise storage and data protection solutions.
The program includes professional development, networking, and mentorship from senior technology sales leaders.
Work arrangement
- The role is designated hybrid and requires working from an HPE office an average of two days per week.
What you will do
- Assist with enterprise storage solution design and map customer needs to HPE hardware, software, and tape-based data protection products.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and solution briefs for clients.
- Research market trends and competitors across on-premises, cloud, backup, and archival offerings; support HPE GreenLake positioning.
- Coordinate customer proofs of concept and technical deep-dives across product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Support opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and internal sales tools.
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business information technology, business administration with a technology focus, or a related field.
- Eligible for COOP training.
- Strong interest in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data storage, and server/storage hardware concepts.
- Enthusiasm for technology sales and customer engagement.
- Strong verbal and written English communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Structured, analytical approach to investigating customer requirements and matching them to solutions.
Preferred qualifications
- Academic standing equivalent to a 2:1 degree or higher is preferred.
- Arabic is a strong plus.
- Campus or student-organization leadership experience is preferred.
- Collaborative, solution-focused, customer-first approach and comfort with a fast-paced hybrid environment are preferred.
