Stock Coordinator

Position Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy of information.
• Inspect the quality of products and report discrepancies about damaged products to store manager/assistant store manager.
• Classify and stock products in the stock room as per store procedures to ensure quick availability.
• Tag newly arrived stock and/or return products as per the instruction of senior staff.
• Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves to ensure availability of products at all times.
• Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without negligence.
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
• Flexible to work extended hours during Sale/Festival periods.
• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Record inventory inward/outward and maintain the report.
• Check for missing price tags and report them.
• Ability to heavy lift a minimum of 10 kg weight.
