Position: Stewarding Supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi – Yas Acres Golf & Country Club
Department: Kitchen Operations
We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our Kitchen team at Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor the proper cleaning, storage, and handling of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health regulations.
- Manage stewarding schedules and allocate duties effectively.
- Assist in inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Support kitchen operations during peak periods and special events.
- Train and motivate stewarding staff to maintain high performance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor in a hotel, restaurant, golf club, or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Location: Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, Abu Dhabi
